– Encouraging kids to stick up for themselves without initiating violence.
– Allowing kids to experience failures and hardships, both physical and emotional, to help them develop resilience.
– Avoiding creating fear and anxiety in children by staying calm and not making a big deal out of minor issues.
– Staying vigilant about what children are doing online and what content they are exposed to and limiting children’s screen time, promoting activities that involve physical play and social interaction with peers.
– Prioritize maintaining a healthy relationship with a spouse or significant other by being supportive and doing your part.
